As a founder, Director and the COO of rapidly growing asset management company Equitile Investments, Nigel Hellewell, was looking for a professional working environment that would support the company immediately and in its growth. When we were sourcing office space for Equitile nearly three years ago, we had three clear requirements: a professional working environment; modern technical infrastructure and scalability for the future. OSiT’s serviced office at Monument has been able to provide all of these things and more.
