While we are seeing positive trends in the flexible office market, operators will face difficulty as supply begins to outweigh demand. Giles Fuchs argues that the operators that will survive and prosper will be those that can provide the most distinct service which differentiates them from their competitors, championing design, hospitality and "a human touch".
