Giles Fuchs shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year Award

We are really excited to announce CEO and Co-founder of Office Space in Town (OSiT), Giles Fuchs, has been shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the 2019 Property Week Awards.

The Property Week Awards are the UK’s leading and most prestigious annual awards dedicated to celebrating teams and individuals across the full spectrum of the commercial property industry.

Amongst many of his entrepreneurial successes over the year, 2018 has been particularly exciting. We have witnessed the expansion of OSiT portfolio with the purchase of our new office, Blackfriars @ 22 Tudor Street, opening in June. As well as this, Giles made moves towards the hospitality sector, with the purchase of the Iconic Burgh Island. The shortlist is a testament to the dedication, innovation and skilled leadership of Giles!

It is an honour to be shortlisted for the award, and we will have our fingers crossed!

The awards ceremony will take place and winners will be announced on 26 April 2019.
