It wasn’t until I joined OSiT, which has a disproportionally high women-to-men ratio, that I feel truly equal and my voice is heard. I am inspired by all of the other women that I work alongside and am grateful for many of the younger generation who have not had to work in organisations where they have to fight to for equality and have only known OSiT.”
