Office Space in Town Wellness Festival 2024
This year, on 26 September, we’re hosting another Wellness Festival for our clients and employees, while also showcasing our amazing new event space at 46 New Broad Street.
Our Green Team members have been working hard over the last few months to organise a great event to promote wellness throughout our centres and promote ways we can be more sustainable in both our work and home lives. Think of it as a mini one day wellness retreat.
We have a number of vendors and trade stands joining us for the event, discussing the many ways you can improve and increase your sense of wellness through exercise, looking after your mental health and diet, and also the steps you can take to look after your environment. These include Vitality, Planet Mark and Sun Chlorella.
We also have yummy food and snacks on offer all day from Hush Hush Chefs and when a coffee break is needed Gramos are standing by with their ethical speciality roast beans to serve up the perfect shot of espresso, flat white or frothy cappuccino.
Throughout the day we will be hosting complimentary wellness workshops and events, such as sound baths and reiki, so attendees are able to explore different techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Health checks will also be on offer, as well as lunchtime talks from writer Rosalind Moody (Manifestation and Self Esteem) and therapist Alistair Coomes (Mental Health).
Our Wellness Festival will kick off at 11am and culminate with a 5pm panel discussion. ‘Where to start and how to get there?’ - aims to help SMEs with their journey towards net zero.
Each of our OSiT centres has selected a local charity to support over the course of the year. We will be raising awareness of these good causes and collecting donations over the course of the day, as well as raffling off some incredible prizes to boost our fundraising.
