Continuous investment in the fabric of our buildings is at the heart of our business ethos.

With the demand for flexible and serviced offices skyrocketing in recent years, it may seem like an easy option for some providers to get complacent, only making modifications to their spaces when absolutely necessary. At Office Space in Town (OSiT), this is certainly not the case.

With our customers at the heart of everything we do, the design and quality of our buildings are crucial; not just when they are newly opened but every day they are occupied.

We constantly invest in our buildings, dedicating time, effort, resources and love into making them the best they can be to enable us to provide our customers with HQ standard, state-of-the-art facilities and the service to match – truly setting us apart in a competitive marketplace.

As a very recent example, we are delighted to share with you our visuals for the stunning renovations currently taking place at our Liverpool Street office, set to be completed by the end of 2018. We have incorporated sumptuous wallpapers, brand new, high-spec furnishings and lighting. Also, at our St Paul’s offices, we recently updated all of our meeting rooms. We added new wallpaper and furnishings there too but also made changes to all the small little details such as the ‘mouse lights’ that make our meeting rooms so exceptional.

Georgia Sandom, General Manager at our Liverpool Street centre, says "These new client lounges will provide luxury on every floor to match that of our existing conference floor. We've already shared the designs with our clients and we're all looking forward to them being completed."

The mastermind behind the magic, designer and key member of the OSiT family, Sam Kopsh, works tirelessly to ensure that the concepts and direction underpinning our designs are eye-catching and inspiring, oozing excellence with every detail. With the upcoming unveiling of our newest building – Blackfriars, @22 Tudor Street, Sam is currently busy bringing our newest stunning designs to life.
