Your fast actions and swift accommodation allowed us to salvage what threatened to be a very frustrating day at the hands of our building maintenance firm.  The meeting rooms were excellent, and all the staff were extremely helpful and professional – everyone I met was a credit to OSIT, and the front-of-house staff especially.
