Dear Tracey I'd just like to thank you for all your efforts in helping out Trinity College in securing their new centre in Cardiff.  As you know I was tasked with finding 10 centres nationally for Trinity within a very tight deadline and it's a shame that you weren't in charge of the other 9 locations becuase you made everything very straighforward at Temple Court and eased at least part of the stress of achieving Trinity's objectives.  Trinity and I were impressed with your "can do" attidtude, which you have also followed through in actually making things happen.
