It meets our needs perfectly

Hi Tracey,  I hope this message finds you well and keeping busy. As I believe you are aware, Rob and I are currently looking into the possibility of converting our current virtual office agreement with you to return to a serviced office in Cathedral Road from early/Mid September 2015. I would also add that one of our reasons for seeking to return to Castle Court is that it meets our needs perfectly. There are, as I'm sure you are aware, a huge number of serviced offices available in the area at present, but we are really looking forward to returning. One of the main reasons for this is the team you have in place in Cardiff. I must single Jan out for a special mention here; she is literally worth her weight in gold; highly professional, obliging and brilliant at her job.
