Through the Covid lockdown – the services, from technology through to daily cleaning, were never interrupted

We at Integrum ESG love the location of the St Paul’s OSIT building. It is surrounded by history, with St Paul’s cathedral, two other Wren churches, the home of the Royal Mail, and St Bart’s all a stone’s throw away – not to mention Postman’s Park just next door. There is both a large gym and a smart pub right underneath us.  A short walk from 3 different tube stations, and a rack of Boris bikes just outside, makes travel easy.  When clients have come to visit us, they usually comment that the building feels more like a stylish boutique hotel than an office. The staff are always friendly, flexible and helpful and see their tenant companies as clients that need their support. I myself am not able to work from home, and worked in the building through the Covid lockdown – the services, from technology through to daily cleaning, were never interrupted. That certainly wasn’t the case for friends of mine working in other serviced offices. We plan to hire further staff early next year and will certainly be staying at OSIT St Paul’s.
