Businesses are keen to maximise employee retention, in order to minimise the disruption of losing an experienced team and having to replace them, not to mention the time it can take to train someone new and for them to get fully up to speed.
It seems that the days of employees enjoying - or loathing - their entirely remote work environments are coming to an end, with scores of world-leading companies recently announcing return-to-work mandates.
On a global scale, our built environment accounts for roughly 40% of greenhouse gas emissions.
